The Weather Inside puts a storm indoors and then refuses to make anything of it. The cloud is grey and physical, lit from the window like everything else in the room; the bedspread has gone black with water and a puddle has spread across the boards. The chair is dry. The room is otherwise in perfect order, and that is what makes it strange.

Process

One window as the only light, deep focus front to back, and not a trace of glow anywhere on the cloud. The picture only holds if nothing in it is treated as magic.
